Both the competitors and their mentors derived great satisfaction from participating in this prestigious event. The Championship not only provided a lot of excitement, but also became an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills and broaden industry knowledge.
The finals could not miss Kajetan Kajetanowicz - ORLEN OIL ambassador, two-time WRC 2 and WRC 3 World Rally Vice-Champion and WRC2 Challenger World Rally Champion. He prepared a special agility competition on simulators for participants in the Professional Mechanic category. The tests tested reflexes and precision - key skills for any mechanic, especially in the world of motorsport. In addition, ORLEN OIL prepared competitions related to the subject of oils and fluids in two categories: Professional Mechanic and Young Truck Mechanic. ORLEN OIL experts supervised the course of the competition.
ORLEN OIL, which is a Strategic Partner, has been actively supporting the education of young mechanics, engaging in the Mechanics' Championship for many years. In this year's edition, the company prepared sets of didactic materials - the so-called ‘strips’ - mini educational boards and a compendium of the ABC of engine oil selection. The mini educational boards contain concise and clear information that will make it easier to familiarise oneself with the basic issues in the oil area, providing valuable support in the learning process. The ABC of Engine Oil Selection, on the other hand, is an extensive resource covering quality classes, viscosities and OEM specifications, allowing mechanics to understand the differences between oils and learn how to select them correctly.
In between the competitions, there was also a unique presentation of a teaching engine, conducted by Grzegorz Duda, ORLEN OIL ambassador, and Arkadiusz Cyran, ORLEN OIL expert. The engine, equipped with transparent elements, allowed for precise tracking of the oil circulation inside it, making it a modern tool supporting the education of future mechanics.
